- Pets are welcome at "The Graystone" with a $100 fee per pet, per stay for reservations up to 28 days. For longer stays, the fee is $100 per pet, per month.



- The hot tub is available seasonally for guest use at no additional charge from November - May. Please follow the provided instructions for safe and enjoyable use.



- The home is equipped with central AC, enhanced with additional UV filtration for your comfort and peace of mind.



- Trash and recycling bins are provided, and valet trash service is available to ensure your stay remains hassle-free.
