Our home has everything a family needs: A fully equipped game room, swimming pool and spa, large back patio with your own grill firepit and dock, fishing poles, 2 kayaks and a paddle board, a large living room, TVs in every bedroom, board games for those rainy days and nights, as well as a high chair, pack n' play, and baby gate! If you treat our home and neighbors with respect, we will take great care of you during your stay with us. At no point, is anyone beyond the persons in the authorized group allowed in the home without explicit host permission. There will be no tolerance of excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings/parties. If complaints are received, you may be subject to cancellation without refund. With all of that being said, if you're cool, so are we. :)

HOUSE SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
- 1 dish sponge
- 1 paper towel
- 1 dish detergent
- 6 extra trash bags
- 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
- 2 to 3 dish washing capsules
- Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
- Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay

**A waiver must be signed in order to utilize the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, and other water toys. If you would like to use these free amenities, simply let your Host know upon booking, and a Rental Agreement will be sent for signature to the person making the reservation.**

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and fishing poles and a tackle box are free for your use, once our waiver has been signed.
- We maintain the pool/spa at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) / Spa (103) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The spa runs on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles and shares the same heating system as the pool, so it won’t reach hot tub temperatures unless pool heat is turned on / egg timer is engaged. Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 55 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
- Guests have free access to the fire pit. Firewood may be purchased at the local Publix grocery store.


Upper Dock & Boat Lift:
The upper deck and boat lift are strictly off-limits to guests and clearly marked with signage for safety. A more permanent barrier will be installed soon. In the meantime, only the lower dock is available for guest use—perfect for launching kayaks, paddleboards, and other water toys (with prior host approval). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines.

In-Ground Trampoline:
An in-ground trampoline is on the property but is not for guest use. It is clearly marked as off-limits.

Lakefront & Debris:
Lake water levels and floating debris can shift with changing weather. While we make every effort to keep the shoreline clean, conditions may vary. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that guests exercise caution and supervision near the water.

Pool Maintenance
The Pool and Spa are scheduled for treatment once per week on Monday, depending on the weather. If you have any questions about the schedule or pool care, feel free to reach out!

No Diving / Depth Markers:
For everyone’s safety, diving is not allowed in the pool. Depth markers are clearly visible, and guests are asked to supervise children and follow all pool rules at all times.


-The Pool and Spa are scheduled for treatment once per week on Thursday depending on the weather. This is to ensure that the water is clean and well-maintained during your stay.
