We want every guest to enjoy a peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay. To help make that possible, please carefully review the following house rules before booking:
1. 🚫 No Parties or Events
This home is strictly a no-party property.
Exterior security cameras and noise monitors are in place and will alert us to excess noise or gatherings.
Violations will result in immediate removal through Airbnb and a $300 fine.
2. 🌙 Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during quiet hours.
Our goal is to provide a serene experience for everyone in the area. Thank you for your cooperation!
3. 🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
If any smoking is detected, a $300 cleaning fee will apply.
4. 🐾 No Animals Allowed
This property is not animal-friendly due to allergies and health concerns.
Please do not book if you plan to bring a pet.
Unauthorized animals will result in immediate removal and a $500–$1,000 fee.
5. 👟 No Shoes Indoors
To help keep the home clean and fresh, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering.
6. 🧻 Self-Catering Stay
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and toiletries.
Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items as needed.
7. ⏱️ Early Check-In (Fee: $100)
Early check-in may be available for a $100 fee and must be approved 1 day in advance.
Approval depends on whether same-day guests are checking out and if our cleaners confirm readiness.
8. 🚫 No Late Check-Out
We are unable to accommodate late check-outs due to same-day bookings and cleaning schedules.
Please plan accordingly.
9. 🗑️ Trash & Recycling
Please sort waste into the proper trash and recycling bins.
If unsure, leave bags inside and our cleaning team will take care of it.
10. 📦 Lost & Found
Don’t forget to check for your belongings before you leave!
If you leave something behind, we can return it for a $100 handling fee + shipping cost (receipt provided).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
