Welcome to Bayt Baytak, your ideal waterfront retreat located in beautiful Sussex Inlet on the NSW South Coast. This charming, coastal-inspired holiday house is perfect for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with its four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Things to note about the property:
Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
Aircon and Wi-Fi are available.
Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car + driveway and street parking)
Slipway Access for boat (local boat ramp is minutes from the house too)
No smoking inside the house
No Pets allowed.

As you step through the entrance, you are welcomed by a foyer-style space that branches into either the bedrooms or the inviting living areas. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts a large wooden table that invites everyone to gather for memorable dinners.

Each room is equipped with ducted air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout your stay, no matter the season. The coastal theme continues seamlessly into the bedrooms, creating a soothing ambiance for restful nights. Two bathrooms, including a convenient 3-way bathroom, service the bedrooms, adding extra practicality for families and larger groups.

Step outside from the dining room to access the spacious outdoor area, where you’ll find a large, wooden table setting—perfect for alfresco meals with captivating river views. The grassed area provides ample space for children to play or for guests to relax and soak up the sun. The property extends right down to the water’s edge, featuring a private jetty that’s great for fishing, swimming, or securing your boat for a weekend of adventure.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
