These furnished decks allow more family and friends to sit back and relax while watching the ocean waves roll in by day or gaze at the twinkling stars by night.

In addition to the kitchen and deck, this oceanside home boasts attractively remodeled first-floor bedrooms (3K, 2Q, 1QSS), including two primary bedrooms. O Say Can You Sea is located on the west end of the island with a private oceanside swimming pool (open from Easter - October) and an outdoor shower. The second primary suite overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal & marsh, with an ensuite bathroom including a large walk-in shower and dual shower heads. A spacious 5th bathroom in the front bedroom offers a tiled shower & Carrera vanity. Relax on plush sofas in the living room, or enjoy the ocean breeze in the polywood furniture on the pool deck.

You will love the rainhead showers, a first-floor washer & dryer, and southern white rockers for enjoying the front screened-in porch. The second living area on the first floor is perfect for the kids to watch TV & play games. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with two blenders, wine glasses and corkscrews, a crockpot, and plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets. The swimming pool boasts an extended deck and pergola. There is a sitting niche upstairs overlooking the marsh, which is perfect for curling up with one of the new books or games added to the home.

You'll also find flat-screen smart TVs in all rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. This beautiful beachfront home is near an inlet. The distance between the beach & ocean is subject to change. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Oceanfront properties nearby are subject to rapid and substantial changes in dune structure & distance to the beach strand.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
