Enjoy preparing meals in the stocked kitchen with double ovens and stainless appliances. There is seating for 8 at the large dining room table that can double as a great spot for game night. Seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. There is even an extra sleeping with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room! Beach access just West of the property between 677 OBW and 679 OBW, this is a large public beach access with a ramp for convenience.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. This owner also provides a few beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, and beach games! This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on this property. Occupancy is limited to 8.
