Nestled in the picturesque town of Steamboat Springs, this newly built townhouse offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains that surround it. Just steps away from the Wildhorse Gondola, you'll have easy access to the base of the mountain for all your skiing and snowboarding adventures. NO SHUTTLE IS NEEDED to begin your winter vacation! The gondola will not only take you to your daytime mountain adventures, it will also conveniently bring you to and from the mountain restaurants, shops, and night skiing.
This 4-bedroom modern townhome at the base of Steamboat ski area boasts a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The primary bedroom with a king bed enjoys morning sunrises and amazing views of the ski area. The junior primary bedroom, with a queen bed and sitting area, has views of Emerald Mountain and the sunset. The lower bedroom has a queen bed, spectacular sunrises and views of the mountain. Each of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and a desk for those needing a quiet place to work. The main floor bedroom has a queen over queen bunk suitable for adults and children. This townhome will comfortably sleep 10 people.
The large, covered rooftop deck has an amazing view of the ski area. With a private hot tub, 75” outdoor TV, fire pit, and ample seating, this amenity will make any family gathering memorable.
The open-concept kitchen, with its unique dining area, is fully equipped for any chef to impress their guests and family. The garage door opens to the outdoor grill and deck dining area. The master chef will not miss any of the games as this area also has a large outdoor TV. On your way out the door to your skiing adventure, the entry patio has a sitting area and large ski storage locker. This is a great place to tighten up your boots before your day begins.
Enjoy having access to the convenient amenities right next door at the Trailhead Lodge. These amenities include a on call FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE in the winter to nearby shopping at Central Park Plaza and Downtown Steamboat. NO NEED FOR A CAR DURING YOUR TRIP! Also included is access to all the Trailhead Lodge amenities including the large, heated pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, game room and outdoor firepit.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
