🚤There is one boat parking spot available in the sideyard. The IRB boat launch/ramp to the Intracoastal Waterway is just 2 1/2 blocks west on 15th Avenue. While you can't leave your boat trailer at the launch, you can tie up your boat at the dock, drive the trailer back to the sideyard, and then take a 4-minute walk back to your boat.
