The Villa:
The panoramic ocean view offers magical sunset shows, while enjoying the calm and the high standard comfort of this newly built, luxurious home.



The convivial and inviting living room is entirely open to the outside and offers breathtaking views of the environment and the ocean. Cushions and sofas make guests feel the true and unique art of cozy living. The main room is fully air-conditioned and can be closed off by the large glass doors. The nice, wooden paneling in the back of the great room discreetly hides the entrance door, and also an office, for guests looking for some quiet time to catch up on work.

In a mineral atmosphere, the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is the best place for cooking, complemented by the barbecue located outside. Facing the ocean and topped with sleek hanging lamps, the dining room features a table that can accommodate up to fourteen guests.

The expansive, wooden terrace features a splendid, heated infinity edge poolwith a breathtaking view over the majestic ocean in the distance. A gazebo with a corner sofa and coffee table is on the side of the pool, seeming to float unexpectedly on the water. A little further, deck chairs invite you to relax and contemplate the wonderful sunsets. On the other side of the terrace, a lounge area is set up with umbrellas and sofas for very private moments. This magnificentvilla welcomes you with your family or friends in five comfortable and similar bedrooms. Three of them are in the main building, featuring king size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and open onto a beautiful ocean view. The other two rooms are located in bungalows at the back and offer privacy and quietness. Twin beds that can be converted into king size beds, as well as private bathrooms are also available.
