-Guests will have full access to the home

Need to Know
-The home sleeps up to 12 comfortable, but no more than 10 adults.
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a ring doorbell facing the front yard, a camera west side of driveway facing the side of the home, and another ring camera on the left entrance facing the yard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU DO HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
