Not only does this house have a perfect location close to several beaches with all the awesome attractions like Swan Pond and shops, but you also have a large backyard to enjoy on the warm days without leaving the comfort of your home away from home. Quick five-minute drive to the beach or just a two-minute walk away from Swan Pond, which has fishing, kayaking and a boardwalk.

The Space:
With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this home is perfect for up to ten guests. Ten might seem like a lot, but don’t worry! There is plenty of space to stretch out and relax without being on top of each other. Meet with family, friends, and bring the kids. Each bedroom is comfortable and has storage space for your belongings. The living room is stocked with fun board games and a big smart TV. Relax on the two large couches or put your feet on one of the ottomans in the armchair–perfect for joining together and watching a movie after a sunny day at the beach.

Savor a hot New England breakfast or catch fresh dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants, ranging from fine dining to carryout fish ‘n chips. The local restaurants will not fail to delight and satisfy!

Did you pick up fresh food at one of the nearby grocery shops? The grill is ready, and the kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you choose to create. Take advantage of the updated kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, pots, pans, and full dining sets. A dishwasher is also provided for your convenience.

For those coffee lovers in your group, there is both a drip coffee maker as well as a single serve machine. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.

There is a large dining room table with seating for six guests plus a kids table for the little ones in your group! There's even a highchair for your smallest guest.

Primary bedroom: 1 King bed + folding pack-n-play crib in the closet
First floor bedroom: 1 Queen bed
Bunk room: 4 new twin bunk beds (weight capacity up to 200 pounds each)

There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the main level; each has a tub/shower combo with handheld showerhead.

Continue your enjoyment outside on those gorgeous Cape Cod nights. After a fun day exploring, take a shower in the spacious outdoor shower before you kick back together on one of the two hammocks under the stars. Relish dinner around the table out on the covered patio under the warm glow of cafe lighting. Or sit in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit while you share some memories. Plug in the baby monitor or let the kids play–the backyard is flat lawn with flower gardens and is fully enclosed by a 6-foot privacy fence with a single gate.

The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart.
