The Space:
Time for a beachfront getaway, don’t you think? This one has resort amenities included and is steps from the sand! It will be the relaxing and rejuvenating trip you’ve been after!

As you enter, you’re greeted by an open-concept design where living, dining, and kitchen blend seamlessly. Our condo is luminous, with a beautiful modern kitchen with quality stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar with four stools. Enjoy relaxing sit-down meals in the dining area with a table for six. There is a very comfortable and cozy living room where you can unwind, enjoy a movie together, and share funny trip moments.

Step out onto your covered and furnished garden patio to relax and enjoy the fresh air, garden scenery, and the beach just steps away!

When it's time to rest for the night, you’ll have two comfortable bedrooms, both with TVs and private bathrooms! The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second room has a bunk bed with a single/ twin top and double/full bed bottom and a trundle pullout for an extra sleeper. You can comfortably sleep six in our condo.

The condo also features good WiFi, quality linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and one car parking space onsite.

The beach and ocean are only seconds away. You can also head downtown too and enjoy restaurant dining or maybe a little shopping! Don't forget to book a visit to the water park, Schlitterbahn!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years old to book, and someone 25 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
You will use the gate code to enter the complex and go to the apartment, and you will use the lockbox code to get the keys for the apartment. Codes and full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
