Each apartment is privately owned, and every owner may carry out lawful repairs or renovations in their own unit. The host is not responsible for any activities or noise coming from other apartments or nearby properties.
• There is construction work on an adjacent plot, carried out in accordance with local quiet-hour regulations. Occasional daytime noise may occur and is beyond the host’s control.
• As required by Article 116 (5) of the Bulgarian Tourism Act, all guests must provide certain information after booking to complete mandatory tourist registration.
• Luggage drop-off may be available for 3 small carry-on suitcases, depending on availability. Please request this in advance. The host is not responsible for items left before check-in or after check-out.
• Invoices can be issued upon request. Please inform the host before check-out if you need one.
