Just a short five-minute walk from the park, Sint-Annaland Beach is an idyllic destination for sunbathing, swimming, or enjoying a day with the kids. The shallow waters make it a safe spot for little ones to splash around while you soak in the relaxed atmosphere. Pack your towels, and beach toys, and make the most of this fun-filled beach day.

You can book a Solex or a special package at reception, but make sure to reserve early as they are in high demand. (Note: drivers must be 18+ and hold a valid moped or driving license.)

These three-holiday homes are situated next to each other near the park entrance, reception, and restaurant. They each accommodate 4 people, but when booked together, they can serve as group accommodation for up to 12 guests. These homes are ideal for family holidays, including grandparents, or for a group of friends looking to enjoy their time together.
All homes have the same layout and offer free Wi-Fi. The cozy living area includes a lounge space with a television, a dining area, and an open kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle.
Each home has a master bedroom with a double bed and spacious closets for ample storage. The second bedroom is designed for children with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Outside, there’s a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax.
These homes and the entire park are pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your dog along for a holiday in Zeeland. Each accommodation has a private parking spot for one car.

Just a short 200-meter walk from the park, you’ll find the ‘Jungletuin,’ a tropical garden nestled next to Kwekerij van Dijke. Take a moment to enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or tea in this lush, green oasis, and indulge in a delicious slice of apple pie, available during the weekend.
Beach Sint-Annaland
Only a five-minute walk from the park, you’ll discover a beautiful public sandy beach, perfect for unwinding during the summer months. The gentle slope of the beach makes it a safe spot for children to play near the water. Bring along your beach bag, towels, and toys, and spend the day building sandcastles or cooling off in the refreshing water. Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a leash from May 1 to October 1.
Walking and Cycling
Sint-Annaland and the entire Tholen island offer a vast network of walking and cycling paths, allowing you to explore the natural beauty of the area. You’ll be surrounded by scenic dikes, charming old farms, vast polders, and vibrant flower fields, creating a picturesque backdrop for your adventures. Zeeland is the perfect place for both walking and cycling, with well-marked routes across the island, including in Sint-Annaland.
Diving & Snorkeling
Zeeland's waters are a favorite for divers both locally and internationally. With numerous dive sites, you can explore the rich underwater world of Zeeland. The Oosterschelde National Park and the Grevelingenmeer are particularly popular due to their unique flora and fauna, along with the fascinating wrecks that lie beneath the surface. For those staying in Sint-Annaland, Dive Site 73 is just a short walk from the park, offering an easy and exciting opportunity to dive right off the beach.
The guest will be required to pay a prepayment for the damage deposit at the time of reservation, as determined by the park. Failure to make this payment on time will give the park the right to cancel the booking.Tenants, along with their family members or travel companions, are expected to dress appropriately and respectfully conduct themselves, avoiding any actions that could disturb residents or other guests. We aim to provide our guests with maximum freedom and tranquility, so we kindly ask for your full cooperation.A limited number of chalets allow one pet, provided it is registered at the time of booking. Pets must remain on a leash at all times within the park and must be walked outside the premises. The presence of any unregistered pets will result in immediate cancellation of the rental agreement without a refund of the rent or deposit paid.Each chalet includes a designated parking space for one vehicle. Additional vehicles may only be parked in the parking area at the entrance (at your own risk). If two vehicles need to be parked at the chalet, an additional tag or sensor must be purchased for the second vehicle. The barrier at the reception operates with a sensor/tag linked to your name, which will be provided to you upon arrival along with the keys to the chalet. Motor vehicles must not exceed a speed of 10 km/h within the park grounds, and driving on lawns or sidewalks is strictly prohibited.The reception is open during peak season from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:30, as well as from 18:30 to 20:00. During the off-season, the reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00. On Sundays, the reception closes at 1 PM. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please notify us in advance by phone.Please note that young groups and parties are not permitted.A mandatory Damage Guarantee of EUR 25.00 is required, with coverage for damages up to a maximum of EUR 500.00 per reservation.
