Seul bémol : le personnel du restaurant principal...service plus ou moins agréable avec des différences de prestations en fonction des soirs et/où des serveurs. Mention excellent pour le restaurant lemongrass où la serveuse est adorable. Encore merci pour le gâteau et les roses d'anniversaire

Top class hotel out of town but...

We booked into water chalet but found that they were a long way from main reception and we were facing a building site. The rooms were huge and very nice but we wanted to be closer to the main facility. We were moved on day 2 to a villa which was good, but bathroom was in need of updating. A top notch hotel at top notch prices, lovey clean beach.

Great beach, staff tries hard, 3-star property

This is a 3 star property at best. Rooms are outdated and the property not taken care of as well as it deserves (lots of trash floating around in the water around the villas), though no trash on beach. Spa is not up to par, we had a couples massage (therapists don't speak a word of English and gave no privacy for us to undress and dress) Other people's hair in both bed and toilet when we arrived. Food is 3-star max. Not very good. On the positive side, great beach and the staff tries very hard and the service is 4+ star. Overall if you are visiting Sihanoukville this is probably one of the best options but don't expect more than a 3-star hotel with mostly friendly yet loud Chinese and Russian tourists. We were lucky with the weather and ended up spending most of our time on the beautiful beach.

Great Beach, but a bit outdated resort

Pros: great beach Cons: old and dusty room I have reserved the bungalow room which is far from my expectation by looking photos. It is a bit old style and the bed is not very clean (I saw 4 - 5 dead insects on it). The food of restaurant and spa service is so-so. The casino is small. Just don't expect it is a 5* resort but a 3* hotel is fine. The staff at the reception can speak English and Mandarin. One good thing is they provide promptly golf-car pick up whenever I have to go from the bungalow to elsewhere within the resort. Also, the beach is really nice.

感覺沒有那個價值

1. 持從expedia列印下來的確認單至check-in櫃台，小姐竟說我沒有訂房，查好久(20分鐘)才找到我的訂房 2. 入住Moha Mohori by Sokha Beach Resort，算是高單價的房間，房間擺了個超大水缸，裡面有水按摩的設備，但是熱水放3-5分鐘，就開始變溫水，之後根本就是溫冷水，完全無法泡澡，泡個澡搞到快要感冒。 3. 餐廳The Deck Tapas Bar 以及Lemongrass Restaurant 的餐點貴了點，但味道還不錯，景觀很好。

Everything You Ever Wanted in a Beach Resort!

The Sokha Beach Resort is an oasis of tropical paradise tucked into its own reservation with multiple restaurants and other amenities, and a wonderful private beach. The Moha Mohori Chalet where I stayed was a joyous experience in comfort and aesthetic appeal. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Mr Seang Song was very responsive and courteous in helping me relocate from my original chalet to one with a better ocean view. Mr Ly Phyron at the concierge was also great in arranging drivers and restaurant suggestions. All of this at a reasonable cost well below expected.

Nice hotel, Poor water heater , poor communication

Most of the front desk staff don't understand English and the water heater need pre heat more than 15mins without notice. Overall is a nice hotel with cool design nice beach and swimming pool but a bit disappointed with the service,

warning, the worst hotel in Asia I have been to

the water chalets that you find in the photos does not correspond to real houses on water; we asked and begged to be moved from awful low standard houses over muggy, smelly water to the first row houses; finally the receptionist gave in and agreed (before he said all first row houses were occupied - this was not true, some of them were empty for the whole five days of our stay. I am willing to put real photos of how the chalet look from the outside and what views they really have. Food was not good, waiters dod not understand English, at breakfast I had to wait for youghrt and musli for about 20 minutes. It is not a ***** star hotel; three stars at most!

번화가에서는 떨어져있지만.. 프라이빗한 비치에 휴가를 즐기기에는 좋은 호텔이였음. 비행기 출국 시간 공백이 많이 남아서 레이트 체크아웃을 할까 하다가 금액을 많이 추가해야해서 호텔측에 양해를 구해 컨시어지에 가방을 두고 비행시간 전까지 피트니스클럽에서 운동하구, 풀장, 비치에서 놀다가 스파에서 무료로 샤워하고.. 비행장으로 갔음. 모하모호리 워터 샬렛 같은 경우는 바다위나 깨끗한 강물 위에 있는것이 아니라 더러운 물위에 있어서 살짝 실망했으나.. 객실이 넘 청결하고 좋았음. 모하모호리를 예약할때 바닷가뷰로 미리 지정함 욕조위에 누워서 석양을 볼 수 있음.

モハモホリ　シャレーに宿泊しました。部屋はとても広く、天井も高く、簡易キッチン、シャワーブース、レインシャワー、浴槽があり、設備は十分でした。ロビーから遠いのでバギーを呼んだほうが良いとおもいます。

Stay away from the lagoon building site...

We booked one of the beach front lagoon bungalows, only to find that next door they are building a new hotel. Noise and dust spoilt a beautiful setting. The rooms & hotel looks tired and needs a refurb, also the staff need customer service training. It was low season, so the staff out numbered guests 2 to 1, but still the service was poor.

Not worth the money

We had the over the river villa. The room was big and spacious but outdated. The spa bath was dirty, toiletries looked recycled and had mold on the bottom. Service was not the best, it took about 2-3 tries to ask to order food or get towels. Overall not worth the money. And the private beach is not that special (highly recommend ortes beach) or going to the islands for more calm crystal waters.

Water chalet incroyable, resort un peu kitsch

La chambre est superbe, très à l'écart et au calme, il faut commander une voiturette pour aller au petit dej ou sortir de l'hôtel. La plage est très belle. Le resort sokha est un peu daté et les infrastructures moins bien que les chalets

Wonderful Beach, Good Accomodation

My advice regarding Cambodia is don't expect anything to be perfect. Everything has its quirks. Location: I would recommend this hotel just for the location. The beach is the best available, it is quiet and it is perfectly clean. It is also a short 3 min tuktuk ride to many restaurants. The Villas: The lagoon was clean but its nothing special to look at. Unless your in villas 1-15 you won't see the beach. But, theyre very spacious and the shower and bed were great. Don't count on being able to use the bath as there wasn't enough hot water to fill ours. They have a TV but no stereo or music TV so I recommend a Bluetooth speaker if you want to create some atmosphere. The best part is that the villas are at the end of the resort so you can have breakfast in a quieter restaurant, enjoy a quiet pool and the beach is also relaxed. The villas seem to range from a few to many hundreds of dollars per night. I was at the lower end so it met my expectations. At higher prices I would be inclined to stay in the hotel area. Food: Breakfast is average for a 4 star hotel. Prices are expensive for Cambodia but low compared to global standards. Service was very hit and miss but that's Cambodia. Special Buffet Dinners: Sokha close their restaurants and do special buffet dinners on New Years and other occasions. Don't partake, its overpriced and not enjoyable. Overall I was happy with the stay and the service. The beach is 5 star, the hotel 4 stars and the service 3.

Poor value.

Private beach is very nice, very limited amount of sun loungers and parasols. Problems with the wifi in our water villa. Poor value for money, we would not recommend this hotel.

Great beach, nice chalet, but not cheap

Chalet was spacious and well maintained, and the included breakfast was very good. Many items on the menu for lunch and dinner where unavailable, but otherwise the food was good. Great beach though the water sports equipment (e.g. kayaks) were all out of order and couldn't be used. Complimentary shuttle bus service into town was useful. Overall a nice place to stay for a few days of relaxation but fairly expensive for what you get.

Pleasant Stay

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The rooms are a bit further away from other amenities but the staff will pick you up. The beach was beautiful and Lemongrass was great and convenient for dinner. The Chalet was a bit pricey but I think that's because it was over new years. The staff can be a bit noisy in the morning, as they don't realize guests are trying to sleep.

awesome room!

very awesome room on the water and nice private beach! The service could be improved.Spa is not as good as other 4/5 star resort. and a bit disappointed that the resort does not offer any water sport (kayak, surf, windsurf, etc), which made us have to go to the public beach.

Beautiful private beach, unique over water chalets

We spent 3 nights here in the Moka Mohori chalets, which tend to have the best views of the ocean and include a Jacuzzi on the balcony. Our chalet (#14) had great views over the private beach and particularly good sunset views. However, we note that not all of the chalets at this price point have equivalent views – some simply look out over the lagoon. The chalet is quite large. The chalets are a long walk to the main building for the pool and breakfast. We didn’t mind, but others might want to keep that in mind. The private beach is lovely and we never had any trouble finding a shady lounge chair. We also enjoyed spending time poolside, although more shade would be welcome. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with western and Asian options, and the food was quite good. Service is spotty and it can be difficult to get cups of coffee refilled, etc. We ate dinners at the Lemongrass restaurant, which has great ocean views. There were other restaurants on the resort map, but none were open – very mysterious. The food was fine, not great, and more expensive than many food options in Cambodia. The service was quite attentive. Facilities could use an update – it seems that there have been no renovations since the resort opened. Everything was perfectly fine, but showing wear and tear. We had a great time relaxing here for 3 days, but would note that it does not meet true 5 star standards.

Wonderful stay

ビラに泊まりました。ロビーまでは、遠いですが、カートを呼べば24時間来てくれます。歩いても気持ち良く、30分くらいでしょうか。朝食は充実しています。部屋は快適で、ビーチまでも2.3分です。リゾート内全てWiFiが使えます。部屋にはテラスがあり、ジャグジーも気持ち良いです。ホテルからは5ドルで街にトゥクトゥクで行けますし、無料のシャトルバスもありました。ただ、お湯がたくさんでないので、ジャグジーを貯めてしまうと15分くらい待たないと行けませんでした。本当に素敵なところでした。
