Leaving later without prior notice may result in an additional charge, which will be claimed from the guest. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times.

Parties, loud music, or disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited. We have systems in place to monitor noise levels permitted by law. Failure to comply with these rules may result in sanctions and expulsion from the accommodation. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 10:00 AM.

️ ONLINE CHECK-IN: By law, we must register the details of ALL guests and send them to the authorities. This information must be provided from your passport or ID.

Completing online self-check-in is mandatory via a link we will send at least 24 hours before your arrival.

️ Without completing the registration for all travelers, access to the accommodation will not be granted.

️ We never request sensitive information over the phone.

We are Pet Friendly (upon request). We accept pets up to 20kg. A supplement of €6 to €20 per night applies, depending on breed, size, and age.

️ Failure to inform us about bringing a pet will result in a €300 penalty.

️ Your pet must not be left alone in the accommodation at any time to avoid noise disturbances.

Failure to comply with this rule will also result in a penalty. After check-out, if extra cleaning is required due to excess hair or damages, the additional costs will be charged.

SMOKING is strictly prohibited in the apartment and common areas.

SECURITY: Ensure that the main entrance door to the street is always properly closed.

SUSTAINABILITY: Please turn off the air conditioning/heating and ensure that everything is switched off when you are not in the apartment. Help us preserve natural resources by limiting our environmental impact. PLEASE CHOOSE RESPONSIBLY.

The building has security cameras in common areas.

Prohibited: According to historic center regulations in Seville, hanging clothes on windows or balconies is not allowed in emblematic buildings like ours.

Garbage: Please do not leave garbage in the apartment when you leave.

Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty kitchenware. Please return the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

️ Deposit Required: We request a security deposit to cover any potential damages or accidents. A pre-authorization will be processed through a secure network at least 24 hours before arrival.

Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.

️ Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

Parties, disturbing other guests or neighbors, and loud music are strictly prohibited. We monitor noise levels.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the total stay as a penalty or immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Duplex with two rooms, perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Its elegant and modern furniture with marble floors makes a homelike and comfortable house of it.

It includes air conditioning, free internet access, heating, SmartTV, washing machine, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, linens and towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishware, cutlery, electric hob, oven, coffee pot, and the essentials for you to prepare all your meals.

The main room has a comfortable double bed and the other one has two individual beds. Both of them has private spaces for you to keep your belongings.

It has, also, a fantastic terrace where you can relax after an intense day.
