Dette familievennlige og kjæledyrvennlige fjellhjemmet er større enn de fleste med tre gigantiske suiter med king-size-seng og et stort rekreasjonsrom. Bunnnivået tilbyr hjemmekino, biljardbord, videospill, køyesenger, separat bad og mye mer! Denne Pigeon Forge-hytta er veldig innbydende og fullpakket med underholdning. Du vil ha gode minner fra din fantastiske ferie i Smoky Mountains. Checking In Is Nice And Easy. We Did Have A Couple Issues During Our Stay But I Did Notify Them About It And They Were Pretty Quick Out To Fix. I Would Say It Does Need A Good Deep Clean Though.!

Great location, lots to do.

First the good: The cabin is located very close to everything, shops, entertainment, food so you cant ask for better location, the cabin has great space and amenities for a family, it was a quiet location neighbors are not far but it was not noisy at all. TV's in every room so everyone was happy with that, the Movie theatre worked well as did the Pool and Foosball tables, we did not use the arcade machines so cant comment on them, the hot tub was clean and was great to use daily, the cover is worn and old should be replaced. The property management were always available and let us know how to contact them. now the room for improvement, the cabin was cleanish, but not properly cleaned, under and behind things was very dusty, windows and porches were not cleaned, around the cabin in the woods in a 40ft perimeter is a lot of trash, it needs to be cleaned seriously. the beds need new mattresses, and the single lounger in the sitting area needs to be replaced it smells. The images in the listing definitely are from when the cabin was new and should be updated to reflect the cabin now. The price was fair so I am not unhappy, we had a great vacation.

Winter

The cabin was nice in a good location but the fireplace didn’t work there was no heat in the basement where the kids are suppose to sleep. There was dog poop on the balcony. The hot water heater only worked for one shower then was cold the place wasn’t very clean and the dishwasher didn’t work. It was very spacious just needs a lot of things fixed. It was also Christmas time and the little Christmas tree in the living room was the saddest looking tree I’ve ever seen with no ornaments.

Birthday weekend

We had family gather for our oldest sons 18th birthday. The cabin was big enough, and could have been amazing, had it been clean. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the kitchen table was so sticky I could not get it clean. The HDMI cable was broken to the home theater, the hot tub was making funny noises and it didn't appear to be very clean. We found trash on the floor in several rooms, which was just disappointing. The kitchen could use a few more dishes, but I realize not everyone cooks while on vacation. It worked for our weekend, but we were definitely disappointed in the cleanliness.

Such a great place

This cabin was secluded but still very close to our Ripken Experience. The house was large for our group and the kids had the entire downstairs. We enjoyed staying here. I did bring a pet and the only thing I would say, the grass, (few area for potty) was super tall and brushy. The cabin hangs off a mountain pretty much and it slopes so her potty breaks were a bit far to find something flat, that was mowed down. Other than that, it was a great place and the owners were very accommodating throughout the process.

House could be updated. Bed mattresses are worn out on all 3 king beds. No pillow cases on top pillows just shams. Bunk bed was broken on one bed. Location was easy access close to every thing. Wouldn’t stay again unless inside was updated.

So much potential

This is an older cabin. It was very clean, and in a easy location. The only issues we had was the small things that could be easily updated to make it so much better. Firstly the bedding.. law, nothing matched, it was all very thin and appeared to be left from the 1980’s. Including the flat pillows. The stove worked, but one eye started smoking because all the burners had things stuck on them and the under dishes had not been cleaned or replaced in a long time. We were scared it may be a fire hazard so we chose not to use it. The living room furniture was very well… old also. I sit down in the chair and felt like I had fell in a hole! Lol. Given a updated decor this cabin could be great, currently it’s okay. I hope the owners will at least consider giving the cabin some updates and then I would consider renting it again.

Family vacation

The cabin was nice and very clean. We had a group of 9 and 2 dogs. There was plenty of space. Rooms were large. The online description was a little misleading. It said 3 master suites which made me think 3 of the bedrooms would have their own bath.

The air conditioner didn't work

It was a very hot weekend. The two upstairs bedrooms we couldn't use. I contacted Aunt Bug's cabin rentals who told us 3 times someone would come out and fix it. They didn't not and they were supposed to compensate us a night and only sent a 10percent off another stay to us. We purchased a 3 bedroom and bunk room and actually what we had was a 1 bedroom and bunk room it was a miserable weekend with temperatures reaching the ninety's during the day and nights being in the 80s in the home

Has a blast but disappointed with the cabin

The cabin was excellent, but the couch was covered in dog hair. The pool table has a 12' tear in the felt and the skate was broken from one end to the other. Very disappointed about that!! Not enough amenities to start with. Overall we made the best of it and had a blast, just disappointed with the cabin!!

Great Stay!

Cabin was great and location was amazing! The only thing was the cabin didn’t have a lot of cooking utensils or silverware, so we did have to go out and buy some paper plates and plastic forks and spoons and some disposable baking pans, but other than that the cabin was very nice! We loved that it was really close to the Goats on the Roof Mountain Coaster, as that’s our favorite and it’s also close to our favorite bakery, Cakes by Baking Bishop (if you haven’t tried her cupcakes then you are missing out)!

Cabin was great

We really enjoyed the cabin. I would say however, based on the description and pictures, I was under the impression that each bedroom had its own bathroom. That was not the case. This caused a bit of an issue, that could have been avoided had it been clearly described. Otherwise, it was great.

While the cabin is advertised as being able to accommodate a larger group and pets it was very cramped and there is not really anywhere to walk your pet . There is a paved pass through road at the back where you park and a steep decline from the front. If you’re looking for outdoors enjoyment while at your cabin , this is not the one . Living Room area was very very small , outdated decor on the walls and old bedding on all of the beds . The stove only had two eyes working , very limited pots and pans , no extra linens and what we did find was very dingy . All three bedrooms were very spacious but very old and dark . No good lighting in the house . Good location to town , close to everything . Amidst a recent loss in our family we went away to be together and spend time together so I was pretty disappointed that this property didn’t present as we had hoped it would . The reps with Aunt Bugs were helpful and kind.

Great cabin/area needs updates

This cabin was very nice and in a good location. Furniture was a bit outdated and worn, the stove partially worked. And in the main floor master bedroom shower was broken and would not work. The outside needs some repairs and upkeep previous visitors left quite a bit of trash on the porch and thrown from the deck. The bedding could use updating due to the comforters being very thin and worn. A portion of the deck was blocked off to the fire pit on the lower level for unknown reasons we were prepared for evening fires while staying. There was no shelving in the refrigerator/freezer doors made for limited storage. Would definitely stay at this cabin again just needs cosmetic updates had plenty of room and the lay out of the cabin was nice.

Horrible Customer Service

Absolutely horrible customer service. We checked in and contacted the office at 5:45 because the upstairs air conditioning was not working. I spoke with the office twice and was assured that they would have someone come out to repair the ac. We left and went to eat and do some activities and returned to the cabin at 10 pm to find that nothing had been repaired. After calling the answering service and spending an hour trying to get someone to fix the problem I was told they were going to put us in another cabin and then was called back and told that it was not clean and was advised "to raise a window and deal with it". Further more the windows do not have screens. I asked for them to put the two families that were in the upstairs bedrooms in a hotel for the night and they refused. To make matters worse I was lied to and told that a tech did come out and they needed a part for the ac. When I asked why no one called to inform us of that and if they where aware it wasn't working then why could they not have gotten the other cabin clean in 4-5 hours I was told that the tech forgot to report the problem when he first visited the property. Furthermore there were no linens for the pull out sofas and we found sex toys in the master bedroom. Imagine explaining that to a 4 year old. The TV in the master bedroom did not work and the coffee pot didn't look like it had ever seen soap and water. Day 2 Went to the office at 8:35 and waited for them to open at 9. At 9:15 Eric (manager) walks in and says he will have the problem fixed and assured me he would make things right. We leave for the days activities and I call at 2pm to check and see if they had fixed the ac. Eric told me they had the problem corrected. We returned to the cabin at 7pm and the ac was still not working. Called the office and spoke with Stephen and was told someone was on the way. AC repair man showed up at 8:45pm and said unit was overcharged with freon. The next day the ac was the same. Finally got an actual ac company to come out on Sunday night and said that the unit couldn't be fixed without more work. He was able to get it to cool enough that we could sleep. This was the last night of our vacation. When we went to check out I asked to speak with Eric, because he never returned a single phone call, to see if he would at least reimburse me for the hotel room I had to rent but he was not available and no one in the office would do anything to make up for our experience. nice respite in the mountains

nice property with many activities in the lower level although very cold during the winter as heating ducts were not very efficient. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and rental agency was very attentive to our needs.

We would stay here again!

This cabin is nice for a number of couples or families with children. Liked the 3 king beds and 3 full baths plus a half bath, although the beds are quite hard. All of the rooms are a bit dimly lit and 1 lamp had no light bulb. The kitchen is small and could use some extra supplies of silverware, bowls and dishes. Two burners on the stove did not work at all and the oven seemed to not ever get up to the temperature it was set on. The toaster has a broken element in it that is protruding. If we stayed here again we would have to bring extra paper plates and plastic ware. The hot tub is nice but since it has no steps to get up into it, short people have a Really hard time getting in. There are only 5 chairs for the kitchen table and only seating for 4 in the living room, so a big group would have trouble finding a space to sit and talk except in the TV room downstairs! We enjoyed the fireplace! The Foosball table was fun too!
