Heart of Downtown Kirkland - 500 Feet from the Beach

Located in the absolute heart of Downtown Kirkland! Only a few steps to Lake Washington Waterfront & Marina Park Beach with views of Seattle.

Downtown Kirkland is comprised of numerous restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, grocery stores, and parks - all within walking distance. With dozens of year-round happenings and events from the weekly farmers market in the summer, or one of several annual events such as Oktoberfest or Kirkland Uncorked Wine Walk. All literally, right out the front door of the Unit.

Kirkland remains the opposite of hurried and busy. The pace of Downtown Kirkland reminds you that it's alright to take a breath and enjoy the day. Needless to say, Kirkland is a distinct destination, and Downtown serves to bring its individuality to life.

Host was very nice and quickly responded to a minor concern. She went above and beyond what was expected to resolve the concern. The unit was in an older building, but very nicely decorated and nice amenities. Walking distance to many shops and and restaurants.

Perfect for the ECNL Playoffs

We’re here for the ECNL playoffs and it’s a perfect place to stay coz of its proximity to the 60 Acres field. It has all the basic needs that you’d expect for a week of stay. It’s at the heart of Kirkland also and in the middle of many restaurants which is perfect after a tiring day from the games and sight seeing. You can fish and watch the sunset everyday by the lake. Parking was also not a problem.

Great location but flat needs updating and a good cleaning!

The apartment is in a great location. However it is in desperate need of updating. The bathroom had mold on the area of the vanity that hit the wall and mold in the shower under the shower doors. The knob in the shower was extremely hard to work. There was very little hot water. The apartment was very cold and many of the lights did not work. The hallway outside the apartment was dirty and had an Oder. The rugs and the couch were dirty.

Perfect!

Location, location, location! Perfect for me-I was visiting the area to be near my son and his family but wanted my own place. I had plenty to do even though I didn’t have my car when I was not with them: tons of restaurants, 2 walkable grocery stores, and a lovely lakefront park which I visited several times a day-mornings for exercise, evenings for gorgeous sunsets.

Cute and comfortable

Clean, well stocked, updated place. Perfect for one or two. A bit noisy in the evenings(it’s above a bar) but super quiet at night. It’s a walk up but easy to get in and out. Parking was negotiating the two hour street limit and the city garage a few blocks away. Free. Not really an issue. Lots of great eats around. Would definitely stay there again!

Quaint and Convenient

This apartment was in a very convenient location- close to restaurants, shops, and transit. It’s small but a good size for one or two people- I especially liked having options of where to sit to work. Alexa was very responsive, which I appreciated. I ran into a couple issues and she was quick to try and resolve. Because it’s an older unit, the shower doesn’t get hot- only lukewarm. Also, there’s not a lot of soundproofing. The nightlife, though not intrusive, is constant every night m until 1-2 AM (recommend earplugs and a white noise app or machine) and there was construction in the area while I was there- repaving of the road right outside the unit that started at 5 AM. I expect this was just bad luck, but recommend checking on construction if you plan to work/do online meetings from the unit, since there’s new construction being built across the street also.

Lovely Spot by the Water

This property was spacious, clean and in amazing location right by the water in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Plenty to do right around the city with restaurants and parks. Alexa was communicative and helpful throughout.

Cozy & Close to Everything

This is a great find! Perfect for 1-2 people. Reasonable walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Kirkland. There was a small electrical issue at one point but Alexa was on it and had it resolved the next day. Alexa made the check in process simple and was very accessible to communicate with when needed. Great experience overall.
