Villa Elitra is a characteristic two-story villa made of stone. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Elitra you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Elitra is 230 square meters (2475 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.7 km (4.8 miles) from the center of Scicli, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles) and the closest beach (Sampieri beach) at 5.3 km (roughly 3.3 miles). You will reach Villa Elitra from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Elitra you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of November.

Patio
The patio is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs and with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a barbecue.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include suspended chandeliers. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace made of glass. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a smart TV and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through three French doors. The room also has a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate three guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the swimming pool. The room also has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
