If you leave our apartment in very poor shape upon your departure and/or do not follow our check out instructions, our cleaners must work extra hard to get the apartment ready for the next guest. Thus, you will be charged based on the extra time it takes to turn over the property. If you violate our rules such as sneaking in pets, extra people, or we discover you are throwing a party, you will be asked to leave with no refund
