Welcome to The Cottage on Lido Key! This beach retreat has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and blends Florida charm with modern amenities to provide a luxurious experience. It's just a short walk to the soft powdery Gulf of Mexico beaches and St. Armands circle, which offers a variety of sophisticated shops and restaurants.

There is a beautiful living space with a comfy seating area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining room. Additionally, a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and a spacious vanity that makes getting ready a breeze. The two Queen bedrooms have patio access and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for kids! Each room is appointed with crisp linens and televisions.

Our small group really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. The location is perfect - a short walk to both the beach and St Armands Circle. There were a few small glitches with the door alarms and one door that would not stay closed but they were quickly remedied by an attentive maintenance person. The cottage is advertised as a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. It’s important to note that the 4th bedroom is actually a small pantry, right off the kitchen, and redone as a room with a bunk bed and barn door for closure. There are no windows, no dresser or closet - it IS a closet, with no room other than the bed. The other 3 bedrooms are great with plenty of space. One bedroom has a en-suite bath which includes a walk in closet, the laundry room and a door that goes out to the pool area. The other bedrooms can share the small, dated second bath room. Beds are pretty comfortable and the only thing needing attention was the pocket door closure for one bedroom which was off the tracks and difficult to open. The living space is open and inviting with plenty of seating space. The bikes and beach chairs were great, as was the pool area with outdoor seating. Indoor amenities were OK, but on the skimpy side - other than a roll of paper towels, plan to supply everything else. Especially missing were pot holders, a salt and pepper shaker, and any type of cleaner for the countertops. Despite the loud neighbors, we really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.

Location is great with a short walk to the public beach. The outside of the property needs some attention as well as some areas in the house but nothing that dimensioned our week long stay.

Beautiful location-the cottage was exactly what we wanted-the pool was great-the bikes were a hoot and the short jaunt to the beach was so easy-the Lido are and St Armand’s square area is the absolute best for a perfect getaway!!

Convenient and Clean!

Convenient Lido home with extremely private yard. Home was clean and organized. Our family of five included 3 kids ages 5-8. The home was spacious for our small family. We were able to easily walk daily to the beach and downtown dining with small children. (Less than 10 min for both). It was equip with ample amount of towels and ikea kids plates/cups. Lacking cutting board, no extras like dish soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper….be prepared to bring or buy your own. No garage but storage closet had about 6 beach chairs, wagon and an umbrella. It was basic but in good working order. The alarms on the sliding glass albeit protective had dying batteries and poor adhesive from sun damage. They went off and were deafening. While safe for kids…we had to call for maintenance. We scored a deal (booking a week out) so the value of the home matched our needs. Had I paid peak spring break Prices, the stay would have been over priced. The home wasn’t flawless. But For me clean and convenient wins!

The house is ok. It could have been cleaner. Up on the roof deck, there were dirty dishes left. There was a towel on the roof. Uncomfortable chairs on roof top deck. Dirty spoons/ serving utensils were in the kitchen drawer. The location is great. Furnishings nice. Beds comfortable
