Additional amenities include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The outdoor area includes a private garden with barbecue and a large table for convivial meals. The house has two balconies: a spacious one, accessible from the kitchen and fully equipped for outdoor dining, and a smaller one connected to the bedrooms, ideal for relaxing moments. The location is convenient and close to many amenities such as a supermarket, tobacconist, bar, bakery/pizzeria, pastry shop, hardware store, laundry, pharmacy, gym, home goods stores and hairdressers. Dimora Azzurra is perfect for families: right in front there is a summer center for children and a public park just a few meters away. Parking is available on the street and easy to find near the house. The property is on a raised floor and seven steps are required to reach the entrance. Smoking is only allowed outside.
