This apartment is located on the second floor. The master bedroom contains a king bed, has its own private bathroom and balcony that overlooks greenery and the ocean. A sliding glass door divides the master bedroom from the balcony setting off tropical vibes instantly. You have no neighbors to the left therefore the view is unobstructed. Master bedroom also has a smart large flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan.

Second bedroom provides a queen sized bed and smaller smart flatscreen TV and ceiling fan.

Third bedroom has a bunkbed with 3 mattresses, 2 twins and a full. This bedroom also has a smaller smart flatscreen TV.

All bedrooms have large closets with hangers.

There are outlet covers throughout so your kiddos are safe. A pack and play and high chair are in the apartment at all times with no extra charge.

All rooms have NEW AC units. The AC in the master bedroom and kitchen are WiFi capable.

This unit has a NEW refrigerator, dishwasher and stove.

A full kitchen stocked with the essentials for home cooked meals and a dining room that seats 8 encourages dining in. Essentials such as salty pepper, adobo (iykyk), oil and vinegar are provided. Kids dinnerware available.

Living room is thoughtfully arranged for comfortable gathering. Have fun with friends and family with classic card and board games.

Be worry free of power outages with a backup generator that supplies the entire complex and feel safe with hurricane shutters on all windows.
