Interesting property we unfortunately were not able to stay at due to travel disruption (broad-scale and lasting through the booking). As such, it would not be fair to comment regarding cleanliness or "most other". Would, however, note we are familiar with this building (gorgeous and well situated on Calle Devan Justo); and can minimally advise per: Two issues: (1) Make SURE you are VERY aware (when booking) there are both Upper and Lower (halves) of the property; in descriptions or listing, there are 3 and 6 beds options; if you choose the 3 room option you get the ground-level where the door at the stair to access 2nd lvl. is locked. Suggestion to always rent the whole house to ensure 2nd.access and more privacy. While obvious the first/ground-level option is partialcularly "at sidewalk level" ----just know this is a VERY, VERY busy street with shops/bars close-by. We love the city energy, flavor, and loud life of people and cars; just make sure you know people will be looking into the interior areas unless you close the shutters (or have the whole house/private areas upstairs). Most important (2); buy travel insurance like we did. Cannot recommend this enough noting the owner's strict cancellation policy poor communication (cut-pasted "hope you enjoyed check in" despite our several notes/notices of issues); before the later "you should have purchased insurance" (we we did); owner will not collaborate with VRBO's extenuating circumstances and keeps host/cleaning fees
