Inside, this large house offers 5 bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds in 160x200, two of these rooms overlook an outdoor terrace with a view of the garden. You will also find a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and an office equipped with a sofa bed overlooking a private covered terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the Aber Benoit!



On the ground floor, you will find the 2 other double rooms with 160x200 beds, including a master suite with a bathtub, offering an intimate and comfortable space. The large living area, with its central fireplace and open kitchen, promotes an ideal sense of space for convivial moments with family or friends.



Outside, you will be able to enjoy a very large wooden terrace of 180m² and a garden of over 1000m². Under this spacious wooden terrace, you just need to slide part of the terrace to discover a magnificent 7x3m pool, heated to 28 degrees from early May to late September (depending on weather conditions). You can also enjoy the Nordic bath to relax, which is a wood-heated jacuzzi without bubbles.

The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
