- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), wardrobe, balcony access
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Two balconies of 20 m² each, equipped with furniture (available only in summer) to enjoy the fine weather.

- Free thermal lift 100 metres from the building, providing two-minute access to the thermal baths.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
