Your holiday starts now in this beautiful holiday home that sleeps up to six guests, with the added bonus that up to two pets can stay for a small charge. All we ask is that you don’t leave your pets unattended and that you clean up after them - which all good pets owners do.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed offering plenty of room to stretch out. The bedroom has free standing furniture for storage and there’s also space for a travel cot. The master bedroom also had the added bonus of an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has two single beds with a small wardrobe for extra storage space. There is also extra sleeping space in the lounge with the double sofa bed.
This property offers two bathrooms, both the main bathroom and the en-suite in the master bedroom offer a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet so there’s no queues for the loo or the shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle for that early morning cup of tea or coffee.
The lounge/dining room offers plenty of seating with its large corner sofa, armchair and four dining chairs. There is also a dining table for enjoying your family meals as well as a coffee table and flat screen TV to watch when you have time to relax and put your feet up. Additionally this property also benefits from double patio doors leading out to the wrap around decking, ideal for a morning coffee or relaxing evening drinks.
As you would expect with a property of this calibre there is double glazing and central heating throughout. For those chilly evenings there is also a fire in the lounge. A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included in your booking.
Just to make life easier there is parking right outside of the holiday home so not too far to walk.

SURROUNDING AREAS
Rye Harbour Holiday Park is located in the historic Cinque Ports town of Rye, and offers amazing walks through the Nature reserve located directly outside the park and the harbour within a couple minutes walk. The town of Rye offers many pubs and restaurant/cafes in its popular old town streets with both modern and classical shops
This property is also ideal for exploring the historic town of Hastings being situated approximately thirty minutes drive. Hastings has plenty to do for all of the family, from the Sealife Centre, to the Amusements and Crazy Golf and the plentiful number of pubs and restaurants ensuring a fun, active family day out.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Just outside the park you will find a village store for the essentials, a few miles down the road in Rye town centre you will find a supermarket for your bigger shopping needs.

This park has an indoor swimming pool, amusement arcade outside play park and open space, and offers a family bar and restaurant with an entertainment venue.

CHECK IN
Our Contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges
