This is a beautiful classic van that has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests per stay. The master bedroom has a lovely double bed with plenty of space for a cot bed if needed, it also has its own ensuite consisting of a wash basin and a toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room with a little wardrobe and storage space above the beds.
The master bathroom has a decent size shower cubicle and a wash basin and toilet and is situated directly outside the bedrooms so very easy to find in the middle of the night if needed.
The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and microwave and not forgetting the toaster and kettle. There is a dining table and 4 chairs for you to sit at for meals.
The main living area has fitted furniture and this is where you will find the double pull out sofa bed, there is an electric fireplace and there are double glazed windows and central heating throughout the property so on those chilly nights you will be staying cozy and warm. A fair use basis on gas and electric comes included.
This property has its own parking space next to the van and has decking around 2 sides of the van so lovely to sit outside and take in your beautiful surroundings.
You can also bring your fur babies with you on your holiday as this van is pet friendly. Please note that a small charge applies per pet.

SURROUNDING AREA
Camber is famous for its award winning sandy beaches and dunes that go on for miles, there is a pub, mini market and fish and chip shop.
Rye is a beautiful idyllic little town that is full of history and is definitely one to visit. It also has a big market every Thursday and is only a 10 min drive from your lodge. There is also winchelsea beach and its beauty with its surrounding countryside. If you are able to drive a little further you will be able to visit the famous historic town of hastings that is very lively and energetic, or you can just jump on a train from rye and it will take you there in less than 20 mins.

This awesome park has everything to offer for all ages, with its 4 heated swimming pools and flumes you can splash and play all day. The park has a play park with benches for you to relax while the kids are tiring themselves out, you can test yourself on the high ropes course or the brand new indoor climbing wall. Entertainment nightly for all the family and so much more.
There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of april - 1st november.
