The beautifully presented family holiday home can sleep up to nine guests and consists of three bedrooms. Unfortunately this property is not pet friendly but should you wish to bring your pet on holiday with you, please visit our website where you will find other properties that are.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, built-in wardrobes and access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on the top, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
This holiday home has two bathrooms. The main bathroom offers a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, whilst the second bathroom offers an additional toilet and wash basin.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The lounge has ample seating with a large corner sofa with fold out bed, as well as additional seating at the dining table. There is also a coffee table, electric fire and flat screen TV. The door opens onto the decked area, ideal for a morning coffee.
This property has double glazing and also benefits from having central heating. A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included in your booking.
The holiday home has parking outside of the property so not too far to carry all of your shopping!

SURROUNDING AREA
Camber is famous for its award winning sandy beaches and dunes that go on for miles, offering a pub, mini market and fish and chip shop so there are plenty of food options to choose from.
Rye, approximately 10 minutes drive from Camber, is a beautiful idyllic little town that is full of history and is definitely one to visit. The historic town of Hastings offers a great day out and is only a 30 minute drive away. Hastings offers plenty to do for all of the family, from the Sealife Centre, to the Amusements and Crazy Golf and the plentiful number of pubs and restaurants ensuring a fun, active family day out, or a nice relaxing day on the beach.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Camber has a mini market shop for the essential items and plenty of take away options nearby. The nearest superstore is approximately 20 minutes away for your complete shopping needs.
CAMBER SANDS HOLIDAY PARK
This popular family park has activities for all ages, with its four heated swimming pools and flumes you can splash and play all day. The park offers a play park with benches for you to relax while the kids are tiring themselves out, or you can test yourself on the high ropes course or the brand new indoor climbing wall. Family entertainment shows for all the family and so much more, subject to availability.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges
