Your holiday starts as soon as you walk into this modern, light and airy two bedroom, fully-equipped holiday home based at Newbeach Holiday park.
This holiday home has everything you need for a comfortable break away, whether you’re spending the time with family (including the pets for a small charge), friends or a romantic getaway. This property sleeps up to six guests. All we ask is that you don’t leave the pets unattended and that you clean up after them - as all good pet owners do.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, space for a travel cot, wardrobes and also benefits from having an en-suite bathroom offering a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The second bedroom consists of twin single beds and has a single wardrobe for extra storage.
This property has the extra bonus of having two bathrooms. The main bathroom offers a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet, whilst the en-suite offers an additional shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin - no need to queue up for the loo!
The main living area is made up of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and kettle.
The spacious, modern lounge has ample seating with a double sofa with fold out double sofa bed, and two armchairs. There are also fitted benches and dining chairs at the dining table. There is an electric fireplace, coffee table and flat screen TV to watch if you get the time. The door opens out onto a wrap around decking that is ideal for a morning coffee or evening drink.
As you would expect this property benefits from being double glazed and has full central heating, there is also a fire in the lounge. A fair use basis on gas and electricity comes included in booking.
The park has multiple car parks providing plenty of parking for guests, as well as a space directly outside the property so you don’t have to carry your shopping too far.
EXTRAS
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy towels, so you don't have to worry about the making of beds etc as we dress your property for you. Please note all 1066 Holidays properties are non smoking and are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREA
Newbeach has so much to offer for all the family, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade, local animal parks including Alpaca Annie and country walks. Then there is the Crypt of St Leonard, with the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in Britain. Port Lympne offers an amazing Safari Park for animal lovers with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which is a treat for all the family. All these places offer great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars.
LOCAL AMENITIES
There is a small store on site for those essential items, and the nearby towns have the larger supermarkets for those bigger needs.
NEWBEACH HOLIDAY PARK
In 2018 Newbeach opened its brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a bar with large TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more. There is entertainment for all the family during peak times that is usually between 1st of April - 1st November.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.
