PROPERTY DETAILS
This delightful seven berth family holiday home is the perfect start for your family holiday. You are also able to bring up to two pets with you for a small charge. Please do not leave them unattended and also please ensure that you clean up after them - as all good pet owners do.

This property has three bedrooms and the spacious master bedroom has wardrobes and overhead storage. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom which opens into the master bedroom and the hallway. The second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe; with the third bedroom having two single beds and a wardrobe so plenty of space to hang up your holiday clothes.

The Jack and Jill bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet.

This holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The lounge has more than enough seating for all of the family. There is also a fold out sofa bed. In the dining area there is a family dining table with four chairs. There is a fire in the lounge to take the chill off first thing in the morning or evening. When you have time to relax there is a flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

This property is single glazed. There is a fair use basis on gas and electricity included in your booking.

The park has multiple car parks providing plenty of parking for guests.

EXTRAS
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. Please note all 1066 Holidays properties are non smoking and are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREA
Newbeach has so much to offer for all the family, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade, local animal parks including Alpaca Annie and country walks. Then there is the Crypt of St Leonard, with the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in Britain. Port Lympne offers an amazing Safari Park for animal lovers with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which is a treat for all the family. All these places offer great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars.

LOCAL AMENITIES
There is a small store on site for those essential items, and the nearby towns have the larger supermarkets for those bigger needs.

NEWBEACH HOLIDAY PARK
In 2018 Newbeach opened its brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a bar with large TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more. There is entertainment for all the family during peak times that is usually between 1st of April - 1st November.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.

We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.
