PROPERTY DETAILS
This spacious holiday home can sleep up to eight guests so all the family can come on holiday at New Beach Holiday Park. Unfortunately this holiday home is not pet friendly but if you visit our website you will see that we have a number of other properties which do offer free pet friendly holidays.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and there is even room for a travel cot. The other two bedrooms have twin single beds in them - again with a wardrobe to hang all of your holiday clothes.
This holiday home has a main bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, and not forgetting the en-suite with its sink and toilet - so no queue for the loo.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle for that all important cup of tea or coffee on the decking in the morning.
The lounge has ample seating for everyone and has a flat screen TV to watch if you get time to put your feet up and relax. One of the sofas also opens up into a double sofa bed. There is a dining table and chairs for that all important family meal.
There is double glazing and central heating in this holiday home. A fair use basis on gas and electricity comes included in your booking.
The park has multiple car parks providing plenty of parking for guests.
EXTRAS
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. Please note all 1066 Holidays properties are non smoking and are self catering.

SURROUNDING AREA
New Beach has so much to offer for all the family, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade, local animal parks including Alpaca Annie and country walks. Then there is the Crypt of St Leonard, with the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in Britain. Port Lympne offers an amazing Safari Park for animal lovers with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which is a treat for all the family. All these places offer great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars.
LOCAL AMENITIES
There is a small store on site for those essential items, and the nearby towns have the larger supermarkets for those bigger needs.
NEW BEACH HOLIDAY PARK
In 2018 New Beach opened its brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a bar with large TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more. There is entertainment for all the family during peak times that is usually between 1st of April - 1st November.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.
