A peaceful getaway - Beeches
This lovely three bedroomed holiday home sleeps up to eight guests and consists of three bedrooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. You are also welcome to bring up to two pets with you for a small charge. All we ask is that you don’t leave them unattended and that you clean up after them - as all good pet owners do.
There is a double bed in the master bedroom together with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and overhead storage cupboards. There is also space for travel cot if required. This holiday home also benefits from an en-suite toilet with a wash basin. The second and third bedrooms offer two single beds in each bedroom and overhead storage with a small wardrobe.
The property has two bathrooms; the main bathroom containing a shower cubicle, wash basin and a toilet, while the en-suite off of the main bedroom offers an additional toilet and wash basin. No queues for the loo!
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle for that all important cup of tea or coffee.
The lounge/dining area offers plenty of seating with two sofas, dining table and four dining chairs. The lounge also has a flat screen TV for you to watch after a busy day out and about. The lounge also has an electric fire which helps to take the chill off when needed.
This holiday home benefits from full central heating and is double glazed so you stay cozy and warm even on the wildest days. A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included in your booking.
There is parking directly outside in the main car park.
1066 Holidays provide fresh clean linen and white fluffy hand towels. Bath towels are available on request at least 48 hours prior to arrival and incurs a £20 charge. Please note all 1066 Holidays’ properties are no smoking and are self catering.

New Beach has so much to offer for all the family, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade for cyclists, local animal parks including Alpaca Annie and country walks. Then there is the crypt of St Leonard, with the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in Britain. Port Lympne offers an amazing zoo for animal lovers with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which is a treat for all the families.
There is a small store on site for those essential items, and the nearby towns have the larger supermarkets for those bigger needs.
NEW BEACH HOLIDAY PARK
In 2018 New Beach opened its brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a bar with large TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more.
There is entertainment for all the family during peak times that are usually between 1st of April - 1st November.

Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.
