The charming flat, inside an elegant 20th century building, is located on the 4th floor with lift



Entering the flat you will find

- 1 large air-conditioned room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and wardrobe

- 1 large air-conditioned room with 1 double bed

- a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and a brand new washing machine

- a brand new kitchen complete with every comfort where you can cook and eat!



We have a very careful eye on cleaning provided by a new specialist company, and on linen hire.

For bed linen, we provide 100% cotton 27x30 sheets, duvet covers Duvet mille righe.

For bathroom linen, we provide a set of three 500 gram towels for each guest (large towel, medium towel and bidet towel).

Initial cleaning, bed linen, towels, bath mat and hand/body soap are included in the final price



The accommodation is a non-entrepreneurial tourist letting and the provision of meals and drinks and other services typical of hotel facilities are excluded
