This beautifully decorated 90m² apartment is ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various nearby restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lifts and professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The living room includes a cosy, relaxing sofa and a large-screen TV for your favourite shows. Oversized windows allow ample natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The dining area has a table that seats six and additional windows that contribute to a comfortable, pleasant ambience.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for cooking, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a comfortable en suite double bed. In contrast, the second bedroom offers two single beds made of complimentary, high-quality linens for your comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring you have everything to refresh and relax.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address is in close proximity to the popular attractions of Platja Puçol and Playa El Puig. Additionally, there are cafes like Valhotel Residencia Tiempo Libre El Puig and restaurants and bars such as Restaurante Arrocería Noray nearby, offering a variety of dining options. With its great location, this area is the perfect starting point to explore the city and all it has to offer.

This is conveniently located near the Estación de tren El Puig, which is just 3.5 km away, and Rafelbunyol station, which is 5.4 km away. This location provides easy access to public transportation for residents and visitors alike. The area offers a peaceful and residential atmosphere, making it an ideal place to live or visit in Puig.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
NOTE: The pool is only open in summer months (ends July, August and beginning of September)

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
