Head on out to Houghton Lake, Michigan’s largest inland lake! Whether you’re a fisherman, avid boater or just like relaxing by water, this lakefront 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom is for you! There’s plenty of fun to be had off the water with ATV/ORV trails less than a mile away! After an active day, relax with a backyard barbecue, games in the garage or a game of corn hole while watching the sun set!

I am available 24/7, but ask that communication via phone calls between 10 pm and 6 am be reserved for emergencies only.

You’ll have full access to the whole home, garage, large yard and seasonal PRIVATE dock!

Sullivan Beach-Located on the East Bay of Houghton Lake on Park Street, behind Chase Bank, one block south of M-55 in Prudenville. This park has a swimming area in the East Bay area of Houghton Lake. They also have restrooms, a playground area and drinking water.
Heights Park Beach-This park has a swimming beach on the south shore of Houghton Lake. It contains a sandy beach, playground equipment, pavilion, picnic tables and grills.
