Welcome to Hudson Holiday House, a newly furnished home less than 90 minutes from NYC! Centrally located in the Hudson Valley in Poughkeepsie, this spacious home with 4 large bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and offers easy access to farm to table restaurants, wineries, breweries, apple picking, farmers markets, skiing, hiking and bike trails, the possibilities are endless.

Step inside this pleasant property and be greeted by the fantastic interior design that will make you feel right at home. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. The 5 bathrooms offer modern amenities like a hair dryer, jetted bathtub, and shower.

Additionally, you'll find heating, a washing machine, AC, iron, WiFi, and a hair dryer. After a day of exploring, unwind in the adorable living room with a comfortable futon, plenty of board games, and enjoy ping pong with your group. We also have portable pickle ball to enjoy with your family & friends.

Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling to Hudson valley. Relax by our ground floor to ceiling masonry stone fireplace or enjoy a meal with family and friends with seating for 16!

Play games and enjoy breakfast in the kitchen overlooking the private backyard. Light pours through double stacked windows into our living room which is equipped with an oversized sofa, comfortable swivel chairs, family games, and 86 inch 4K smart TV for connecting to your streaming services.

The kitchen is fully loaded for you and your group, with dishes, glassware, cutlery, baking items, cookware, toaster oven, dishwasher, stove/oven, and a full coffee machine offering ground coffee machine and additional French press. Cook a feast or bake goodies using our chef grade appliances. We stock the house with spices, oils, and other pantry goods to cook a dinner for up to 14 people.

Each bedroom has brand new mattresses and pillows to rest as you enjoy the views of our beautiful wooded backyard retreat. Both master bedroom includes a couch, a reading nook, large walk-in closets, jacuzzi tubs and absolutely gorgeous furnishing.

Enjoy outdoor patio with serene views and rejuvenate your mind & spirit. Oh, we also love to play darts in our patio. Whether you're looking to play professional darts or just-for-fun, you can enhance your skills with this 18-inch bristle dartboard.

Guest access:
The Hudson Holiday House is best accessed by car and will aide in your exploration of the beautiful Hudson Valley. Alternative arrival options include MetroNorth Hudson Line to either Poughkeepsie which is 10-15 minutes away from the house. Uber is available in the area.

Other things to note:
Our home can accommodate 12-13adults max.
The 2 bunk beds are designed for up to 4-5 children, but only 2-3 adults. We have additional Air Mattress that could be used. It’s queen size.

Basement door is locked out and for safety purposes, we will not give access to the basement. 1. Booking Requirements:

• Communication: Guests are required to send a brief message about their trip and confirm they have read and agreed to the house rules.

• Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
• No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by us beforehand.
