The property on the ground floor offers an open layout, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom boasts a queen bed for a peaceful night's rest, complete with an ensuite bathroom, ample wardrobe space, a desk, and direct access to a small backyard with a table and chairs. Meanwhile, the second bedroom has two single beds, a private bathroom, backyard access, and a wardrobe. Additionally, the third bedroom offers a sofa bed and a TV, creating an ideal retreat for relaxation post-sightseeing adventures. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure utmost comfort.

The two ensuite bathrooms and a powder bathroom contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in one of the most famous neighborhoods in Porto, when you stay in our home, you'll find yourself surrounded by shops, art galleries, the Bolhão Market, and Aliados, as well as beautiful sights of the Douro River, monuments, and more.

Historically, it has been an important thoroughfare in Porto, lined with shops, cafes, and residences. The street is known for its vibrant atmosphere and architectural charm, featuring a mix of historic buildings and modern establishments. Rua do Bonjardim offers visitors and residents alike a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of Porto while providing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
