Just 10 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo and all of Salento, lays Villa Goa, a holiday home to fully enjoy the sea, the sun and the liveliness of summer in Puglia. The holiday home is located on a private road, surrounded by a lovely garden to spend quiet hours outdoors. Villa Goa accommodates up to 7 people. Animals not allowed.

Villa Goa is accessed by a private gate and an area that is used for internal parking space. The green garden is very welcoming and is furnished with a table and chairs so you can have lunch or dinner outside. Also there`s a barbecue present so you can prepare excellent grills of the fresh fish of the area. Furthermore there are sun lounger so you can sunbath before of after returning from the beach.
The interior of the small villa is divided into a living room and dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen from where you can access directly the garden, a hallway with air conditioning, one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom. Plus there`s a second bathroom. The doors and windows are provided with mosquito nets.

Villa Goa is located in Scala di Furno, situated north form Porto Cesareo, an area famous for its beautiful beaches. The house is only 10 meters from the beach and sea, as well as some bath establishments that also offer food services. The center of Porto Cesareo can be reached on foot by walking along the seaside promenade, just 2 kilometers away, where you can find al main services like restaurants, bars and stores.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.

- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bathroom is en suite and without shower.
- Air conditioner in the hallway near bedroom.

- Pets allowed with extra charge for specific cleaning euro 50.
