This home is a new construction that was completed in 2023 so all furniture and amenities are brand new.
The refrigerator, kitchen sink and kitchenette sink are all equipped with inline water filtration systems so you have unlimited cool, fresh-tasting water to drink during your stay. No more need for bringing heavy cases of bottled water to the beach!

1. The house now features a fully enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold) to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach!
2. We installed a XL park-style charcoal grill for your use. One side of the grill has a griddle to allow for lots of flexibility for the various delicious meals you can cook on it. Bring your steaks and burgers!
3. A large, flat screen TV installed in the upstairs bunk room
4. A regulation horseshoe pit in the back yard for your enjoyment.
For the fishermen, the property includes a 12' fish cleaning station located on the ground level that has room for 4 fishermen to clean the day's catch at the same time! There is plenty of room to park a boat under the home which makes it very unique as compared to many homes in Mexico Beach that either do not allow boat/trailer storage, or do not have space to park a boat and trailer.
The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of nicely appointed homes. Sunset Park, the premier public access beach park in Mexico Beach, is a quick couple of blocks walk from the home. The Mexico Beach playground is only 2 blocks from the house so it's easy access for the kids.
The home also features free, 1GB high speed wireless Internet. A 200+ DVD movie library is available for your use if you decide on a movie night at home!
