This beautiful 90 m2 ground-floor house is the best place for an unforgettable getaway!

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a large furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements.

The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated with queen beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that this is a ground-floor unit in a house with two separate homes. There is another residence on the first floor.

Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off on warm days, and the garden.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Ponte De Lima is a charming town in Portugal with a rich history and numerous attractions. Visitors can admire the ancient Ponte Romana e Medieval, a stunning bridge that dates back to the Roman era. The town also features the impressive Igreja Matriz Ponte de Lima, a beautiful church with intricate architecture and ornate decorations. The Chafariz do Largo de Camões is another popular attraction, a picturesque fountain that adds to the town's quaint charm. For those interested in history, the Torre de São Paulo is a must-see, a medieval tower that offers a glimpse into the town's past. Finally, the Capela das Pereiras is a small chapel known for its stunning stained glass windows and peaceful atmosphere. The property is easily accessible by car. There is a bus and a taxi centre very near the property.

Sá Carneiro airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking indoors.It is allowed to smoke outdoors using the ashtrays in the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
