Villa Monica is a beautiful vacation villa with swimming pool and lawn, located in the green hills of the Apulian countryside, just a few kilometers from Polignano a Mare. It offers up to 6 beds.

The villa is equipped with salt pool, solarium, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, barbecue area, washing machine, dryer, alarm system, TV, stereo, hair dryer, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, complete with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

Monica is an estate immersed in quietness. It offers an ideal
environment to relax and regenerate during the vacations, away from the
chaos and in total privacy.
The area with the salt infinity pool is a real gem of exotic design, with garden planted with hedges and palms, made green and fresh by the lawn.
The garden is enhanced by abarbecue
area, outdoor bath in the pool area, and outdoor shower. The shaded
patio is lovely and make Villa Monica livable at any time of the day.
The interior consists of two units. The main structure consists of a large living room with TV, country-style kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds (which can be joined into a double if necessary), as well as 1 shower room.
The annex, located a few meters away, consists of 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Monica is located in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, a beautiful
town with a fabulous historic center overlooking the sea. In the center
there are all the main services.
Also within a short distance it is worth visiting other beautiful Apulian towns such as Monopoli and Castellana Grotte.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 40 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 32 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The third bathroom is just a service toilet (without shower).
- The villa is composed by a main unit plus an annex.
