To book you MUST be at least 25 years of age. We will need a form of ID to prove that the person renting is 25 years old. No exceptions to this policy. The person renting the property MUST be present during the stay--no bookings for any other parties allowed.

We do not have access to the Lake Naomi Club amenities at all. Please understand when booking that it cannot be added on.

*2 pet maximum, $40 fee per reservation for pets. Please clean up all pet messes from inside and outside. Please bring bags for pet waste and dispose of in trash. All pets must be on flea and tick medicine
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
*No fireworks - you will be responsible for all fines imposed by the community.
*No food down the drain
*Only flush toilet paper down toilets.
*Do not leave trash/food outside. Wildlife live in the area and will get into any trash or food left outside. We are in bear country, please be mindful of this at all times.
*Firewood for the fire pit will NOT be provided. We have kindling in the garage with a grill lighter to get the fire started.
*Township may implement burn bans at their discretion; property management will notify you of any bans in the area.
*No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home- this includes vaping, please dispose of
cigarette butts in the trash.
*Please note checking out on time is extremely important to our cleaning crew's schedule. Any unauthorized late-check outs will result in fees.
HOT TUB RULES
*You must wear shoes when walking from the house to the hot tub. Please note that if you bring stones into the hot tub it will damage it. If there are stones in the bottom of the hot tub after your stay there will be a $125.00 cleaning fee. Please be respectful of this important rule.
*No glass in the hot tub
* No jumping or diving in the hot tub!
* Children under 5 should not use our hot tub.
* All children older than 5 should be accompanied by an adult while using the hot tub at all times.
*It is not recommended to use hot tubs for longer than 30 minutes at one time. If you feel faint, please exit the hot tub immediately.
* Women who are pregnant are recommended to not use hot tubs
*Nothing is allowed in the hot tub besides people, no pets, no confetti, no water balloons, etc.
* Any damage to our hot tub will result in extra fees, please respect this expensive amenity we provide.
