1. Check-In Time: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you plan your arrival accordingly. You can check-in whenever you have the time before, if you're available.

2. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to this check-out time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Late check-out may be accommodated if available; please inquire in advance.

3. Occupancy: The house has a maximum occupancy. Please do not exceed this limit to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests.

4. Housekeeping: The house will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. We kindly request that you leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition upon check-out.

5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation house. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we ask that you properly dispose of cigarette butts.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.

6. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

7. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

8. Put all used dishes into a dishwasher.

9. Collect all used towels and linens and leave them by the washer and drier.
