The location was great! We had a large group and we all had plenty of space. The place was nice and clean. The reason for 4 stars is the listing wasn't completely accurate. There is no dishwasher and there wasn't much cookware or silverware.

The cabin is OK. I would not recommend this for families with small children due to the cabin layout. The cabin has four separate rooms. Appear this use to be four individual "motel" style cabins that were then converted into a cabin to host larger groups. Decent for families with tweens, teens, or a group. small kitchen so keep that in mind if a group or 2 or more families. games were fun and hot tub was nice. place is a little dingy for the cost. property management was very helpful.

Very close to town. House looked like a converted group of cabins with a lot of charm and character. Bedrooms were very large. Lots of activities for kids.

Awesome Place and location!

This is a great place for multi families or families with all ages of kids because of the way the rooms and common area is set up. Every single room was HUGE and they all had a full bath with tub/shower combo and all have separate sinks and counter space in the open area like it was a little apartment. It was amazing! The long hallway was great for the kids who loved playing there and it was a great space to store extra luggage and bins. The location was fabulous, close to everything but you still felt you were in the country, we saw deer and evidence of bears but didn't catch a bear sighting this time. The hot tub was super and worked perfectly, the porch was lovely, the stars at night were brilliant, and we loved the fire pit. The hill was especially enjoyed by our boys and baby who rolled down it repeatedly. The pool table and games were so fun! The only suggestion I have is to get a bigger rolling island for storage and food prep. Also, there is no dishwasher but it wasn't an issue at all. Oh, and the hot water is instant so if you have little ones just keep that in mind. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful

This was a perfect cabin for my family of 7 and 2 dogs! The location is perfect if you are not wanting to be far from town. Everything was clean and all the beds were comfortable. I would definitely rent this cabin again!

Good Times

Great location, just a couple small things that could use improvement. Bathroom #2 needs a light. TV remote batteries were dead. Yard needed mowed and several tree limbs and branches needed cleaned up.

Nice cabin

This property was nice. It was only 10 minutes from Dollywood and close to town. It was clean and had lots of sleeping options. No frills but comfortable. Everything we needed for a short stay and mostly time outside.

Value wasnt there for this property

Nothing to write home about. Next time we will just rent hotel rooms and be done with it. The entire process was very intrusive and annoying. Honestly not impressed with this rental or the rental process. We had the impression they were trying to nickel and dime us at every turn. To be fair, the staff was friendly, it was the process that was uncomfortable and annoying.

Poor and shabby condition

Cons- (Aunt Bugs did not remedy anything while we were there, only excuses that we should've contacted them the first day. Not the second day of a 3 day stay 🤦) 1. Broken furntiture 2. Spa water was dirty (did not use) 3. Beds old and saggy 4. Toilet seat coming off 5. Bad smell on one bed (like dog pee) 6. Couches saggy 7. Trash left in driveway 8. No cleaning supplies provided (contract says they recommend you bring them but doesn't state that none are provided.) 9. Only one trash bag provided 10. Dusty and dirty in general 11. Dog hair on rugs 12. Dirty rugs 13. Slimey shower curtain plastic lining (and torn off pole) 14. Dingy tubs 15. Water heater is scalding 16. Dirty dishes in cupboard 17. Lots of broken light bulbs. Pros- 1. Location Aunt Bugs only offered a free night stay at another location for another time....obviously useless since I don't live anywhere close by. I asked to be refunded one night, and that was not granted. I will be leaving reviews in as many places as possible and contacting Vrbo directly.

So many things wrong.. disappointing

Came with my fiancé and friends. Water wasn’t working when we arrived, called maintenance and they fortunately fixed it after a few hours. But our showers were cold and the water had a bad smell. The air hockey table they advertised didn’t turn on, was missing it’s cord, maintenance said they couldn’t fix it. The foosball table was slanted so unplayable, the pool table was tilted and made our balls roll towards one side, not to mention the table was squeezed into a tiny room so we frequently had no room to hold our poles properly to aim. The old-school game station’s buttons weren’t working. Half the TVs didn’t work at all, there was trash under the beds from previous visitors. It’s disappointing that we spent so much money to stay here. The only great thing about this place was the hot tub.

Place smelled like sewer water. Very dusty, broken cabinet in kitchen. Windows had no visibility outside but from outside you could see inside completely. Horrible place to stay

Great location but need to fix the driveway. It rained for 2 days and we would barely get up the driveway. My sister in law couldn’t go anywhere until it was sunny and somewhat dry.

Great location

The communication with Aunt Bugs is great. The location of this cabin and size is great. The cleanliness was not the greatest. There was litter around the property and our clean dishes had water in/on them. Overall this was a great and memorable stay.

It was so close to all the attractions in pigeon forge! The road to get there is a little narrow so thats something to be aware of but it's gorgeous and in a convenient location.

It wasn’t great

First day started out okay. There were cob webs in the bathrooms which made me feel like it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. On the second day, one of the bathroom lights went out. I sent a text to the automated number provided. When we got back to the cabin that evening we noticed an entire rooms power was out. And no one had came to fix the bathroom light yet. I called the after hours number. She said she put an order in for maintenance. The next day it’s lunch time and the maintenance guy still hasn’t came. We are having to use our phone lights to take a shower and walk around the room. We then found a leak on the ceiling of the same room that had no power. I called back and told them it had been over 24 hours since I placed an order with maintenance and he has yet to arrive. This time I wasn’t too friendly and expressed how ridiculous it was for us to wait that long when we have no power. We left and came back and finally everything was fixed. But for some strange reason the guy cut the plug in for the air hockey table so the kids were mad they couldn’t play it anymore. I probably will not be booking with aunt bugs cabin again.

After looking for a while this property came up and seemed like would be the perfect place for my family to take another vacation and when everything went well and that experience of renting this property was very easy

Cabin on the Mountain

This was a great place to stay for our friends Bachelorette weekend. Enough sleeping space for us all. Beds were pretty comfortable. Out of the way, but still close to the main road. Hot tub worked and was nice!

Beautiful cabin, but not clean

When we arrived there we smelt something that was so gross I could almost vomit, after I searched for the source I found dog poop in the middle of the floor, the owner did send someone to clean a few hours after I had already cleaned it up because I couldn’t stand the smell. Later that night my mom found an empty water bottle in her pillowcase, THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE PILLOWCASES, GROSS!! Cabin was pretty but the cleanliness was hard to get past.

Relaxing

Property was spacious. Great with 2 teenagers in the group, the games kept them happy. With some more attention to the details this could be a great place. Kitchen area was incredibly small, grilling out was not great either. Overall relaxing, every room having its own bathroom was awesome!
