In the heart of the Southeast Valley, a cultural mecca and foodie paradise, this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been lovingly remodeled with your comfort in mind. Fireplace is not available to use for guests, however a log is provided for an outdoor fire in the fire pit.

There are security cameras installed at the exterior of the home at the front entryway, the side gate and due to insurance and liability protection of the home, we have a security camera in the backyard and the pool area.

If you have children under 18, please always have adult supervision when around the pool. When inside the home, please keep the backyard patio sliding door closed.

Stays over 29 days will require a signed rental agreement to be sent after booking is confirmed. Also rental taxes will need to be added after booking for longer stays.

If you would like the pool heated we do charge extra for the stay and will make a request for funds after booking.

Security Features
We have exterior cameras on-site for security purposes. Don`t worry, there are no cameras inside of the home.
House Rules:
1. Pet Reminders: We have strict No Pet Policy

2. Please No Smoking. No Drugs. No Parties! No Extra Guests, unless officially reserved. Please be respectful of neighbors. All guests must be registered with Hillary and listed on the House Rules that was sent out prior to arrival. If you do want an intimate and small gathering we are open to discussions about the, please inquire about this prior to booking your reservation and there may be extra charges with any event.

3. Quiet Time is 10:00pm -8am

*** Please Note: That this house is within a residential neighborhood and all guests must respect the Chandler Noise Policy.

4. You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own! Keep it nice and tidy please! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean.

Reasonably clean includes:

* Washing all of the dishes you have used.
* Disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the backyard by the
side gate.
* Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must
be accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and
comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.

5. Bbq is also available for your use. Please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we ask that you please go get a replacement tank to switch it out at the local store in town.

6. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.

7. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises.

8. We have video surveillance cameras outside of the home to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. We have a ring camera by the front door, the side gate has a security camera and there is another security camera in the backyard and pool area. Don`t be alarmed, there are none inside.

9. Please no commercial videotaping of any kind allowed on the premises. If you are wanting to video tape something, you will need to acquire special permission from us and supply us with insurance documents.

10. Beach towels are provided to you for your use, please use only 1 per person as needed for your stay.

11. Please be sure to put the pool cover back on the pool between use, especially at night. This will ensure the pool stays a consistent temperature during your stay.
