The appliances were top of the line, the furniture was low end. Dining chairs were flimsy and seemed unsafe. The bathrooms didn't have enough light to shave safely or apply makeup. The kitchen sink had very low water pressure,not enough to rinse the dishes. No light over the cooking area. Patio was dirty with bird droppings and feathers.

Spring Training in Scottsdale

This was a stylish 2bedroom apartment. Wonderful location. A short walk to Stadium and Restaurants.We had trouble checking out as our access codes were deleted 15 minutes before checkout time and we were unable to get our car out of the secure garage. We spent almost an hour on the phone with support trying to get a code to open the garage.Very very frustrating..Not a fan of Latch

Decent Place

Overall this condo suited our needs well. It was spacious and had updated decor, Note that the condo is on ground level and the entrance is not in a secured area - it’s on the outside corner of the building. So you drive into the gated garage to park your car, then have to walk back outside to enter. There is a door from the garage to the apartment which would have been very convenient and much safer, but we had no way to enter through it as that door was not equipped with keyless entry and no key was provided. There was a delay in activating the keyless entry system to get us into the garage/apartment, which was frustrating, but once it worked it was handy. There is no pool in the complex, but there is a small hot tub area and a little putting area as well as a pool table in a common room. The oddest thing about the stay was the forks incident - as in, there weren’t any. The cutlery is in a hidden drawer to the left of the sink. We found the drawer, and found teaspoons, tablespoons, knives …. but no forks. When asked, the management co. told me about the hidden drawer with the cutlery. I told them I’d found it but no forks. They asked me to send a photo of the drawer’s contents - I guess to prove there were no forks. Like I would make that up? They said the would drop some off that day after receiving the pic but they never did. We made do with spoons and knives. Weird. Still, overall positive.

A comfortable place

This was a good place to stay. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with lots of towels. They provide a Keurig coffee pot, but they do not provide the pods so if you’re going to stay here, you have to bring your own pods. Also, the check-in was all done with my phone. Since it was my first time doing this, it was a bit confusing. If you are not comfortable with technology, I would advise you not to stay here. That said, the communication was excellent and they walked me through my queries. They also checked in to make sure everything was going OK.

Great location, condo sharing window with courtyard potentially loud & disruptive

The location of this condo is great to access Old Town Scottsdale, Giants spring training, and a short drive from nearby hikes. The updated kitchen and spacious layout provided a great home base for our vacation. The one drawback of the condo is that the secondary bedroom shares a windows with the enclosed courtyard where the hot tub is located. The first night there, other residents were in the hot tub at 3am and woke us up. The second night a family was in the hot tub until after the 10pm quiet hours. If you plan to get any sleep in the secondary bedroom, you are at the mercy of other residents

Girls birthday weekend

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We could walk to breakfast and dinner. We also walked to a festival. The hot tub and fire pit area was nice. The beds were comfy. Only thing I would suggest is more forks.
