Periodically throughout the year, our beautiful valley bustles with dedicated and masterful orchardists tending to the many needs of their fruit trees with the goal of delivering delicious produce to the marketplace. You may hear fans running in the fields on chilly mornings, machines roaming up and down the rows of trees and you might even see some workers pruning or gleaning the fruits of their labor…literally! The orchards are off limits of course, but the experience and lush setting gives you a secondhand taste of what farming life is all about.

The main living room features a cozy wood-burning stove—perfect for warming up after a day of exploring nearby attractions or sipping local wine. IMPORTANT:
Absolutely no trespassing into the orchards. There are strict FDA regulations in place which property owners must adhere to. Plus, trespassing is not ok.
No Pets Allowed (no exceptions).
No Events Allowed (no exceptions).
Max Occupancy is 8
Max vehicle parking is 4.
Must be 25 or older to reserve.

Please Note:

The detached garage/shed is not included.

There is no central AC, but portable units are available in the summer months.

The woodstove is off limits. There is a gas fireplace in the main living room for guests to enjoy.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
