Things to Know
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. Perfect for our girls getaway so we decided to stay again. We were so dissatisfied after we arrived to find that the pool bathrooms were closed and then they closed the pool completely after day 3 for the rest of our 8 day stay. This also included the ice machine. We also had to endure the daily sound of jack hammers! One of the tv’s in the master bedroom did not work and even though we reported it nothing was ever done. The main tv would buffer a lot making it hard to watch a movie. We talked to others staying and they had been notified in advance which could have given them the opportunity to cancel but we were not. We booked this months in advance. The main idea of our girls trip is to relax in the pool and spend time together. So this was a big disappointment to us. The condo was as described but trip was ruined.

Pros: Spacious and clean, well maintained, great location, easy access to the beachCons: Bedroom by the front door gets very warm and the ceiling fan did not work, needed more seating options on the balcony, it’s huge which was great but only had one small table and four chairs, and a broom and dustpan would have been handy to have in the condo. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we hope to come back and stay again!

This is my review. Especially since I read all this information on prior reviews and was messaged with assurances these same issues had been corrected. BIGGEST ISSUE: door code did not work when we arrived. Took 3 phone calls and 30 minutes to get a correct code. The 3rd code sent worked. 1. We asked for a coffee pot replacement because the one in our unit has a short and malfunctioned. We were told one would be brought. It was not. We purchased our own. 2. You have a leak under the sink. We put a pan under it to catch the water and keep it from getting in the floor. 3. Cleaning issues - significant concerns with ceiling and floor fans. This blows allergens everywhere. We cleaned ourselves because my 86 year old mother and kids with allergies are with us. Vents are extremely dirty. We purchases a swiffer extender to clean these ourselves. The cabinets were coated with grease. We cleaned these ourselves.4. Shower head in queen bedroom shower is loose and sprays water out of both sides. 5. Front bedroom with twin beds gets very hot. Uninhabitable in the evenings. 6. Several Lights were blown and we had to replace ourselves. 7. For your rate, I do not expect the Ritz Carlton. But the balcony and pool areas need significant upgrades. 8. For a 4 bedroom condo, 2 parking passes is not sufficient. We parked one vehicle in the overflow parking, but had significant anxiety about doing so because of threats not to park a third there. Hurricane Francine Party

The condo was very nice and just the right size or us with our grown married children so that they each had their own bedroom and bath. It was a nice time together even though we could not get in the water for two days due to the hurricane. One of the lounge chairs was a bit crooked, the code didn't work when we got there, but someone worked with us to change it so we could get in the room. All in all a great experience..

The location is perfect! Very easy access to the beach and surrounding. Love that I could hear the beach waves from our bedroom. This place needs some upgrades like better shower heads. After a full day at the beach a great shower makes a great difference. The shower sucks. Also we had problems with a wrong code to check in. We had to wait about 30 minutes for online help. The internet code was also wrong.

Perdido Key Condo

October is a wonderful time of year for a beach vacay! Very light crowd and weather was perfect! Condo was very spacious and comfortable with a nice deck to watch and listen to the waves! Would be nice to have more comfortable chairs for deck. I give the cleanliness of Condo a 3 star because the floors felt like they hadn't been mopped or swept and the bathtub and showers were gritty with sand and had mold growing! The dishwasher had a horrible smell and mold all over inside. Actually the whole place needs a deep cleaning! We had a problem with the air conditioning unit on our last day there. Kept going off because the condensation line was stopped up we assume. All that being said, Overall the home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Updating amenities

We like the 4 br unit. Plenty of room. However there are areas that need to be addressed. The twin bedroom was exceptionally hot with no ventilation. Our guests had to sleep on the couch. The linens are thread bare and need to be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked except for the silverware. It is old and not enough. Sheets are too small on beds and come off as you sleep and old and thread bare. Finally your deck needs furniture that your guests can relax comfortably not just eat. Hopefully you can encourage your owners to address these issues.

The Property was Great but the Management was not

The condo was absolutely spacious and right on the beach. We were able to reserve chairs and umbrellas. The unit provided a blender, Kitchenaide and Keurig. The elevator was never crowded. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and unfortunately there were small cups but not large cups for the coffee. The unit was not clean at 4pm when the contract said it would be. I called the management (Vacasa) 3 times with promises to have it clean but I ended up flagging down a housekeeper on the third floor to clean the room. Still did not hear from management even though promised several times call back. We basically wasted Saturday night waiting for the unit to be cleaned. This was very disappointing.

Great Condo!

Very clean and easy to access. Large balcony and spacious rooms. Only a couple of small things- mattresses needed replacing and are worn, front bedroom with twin beds is a little hot (maybe a vent issue). Otherwise, it’s a great stay for large families.

Great place to stay

This condo was perfect! Big balcony with great view. Chair rental service on beach was great! The condo is very spacious and rooms were large. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Large table was great for game night. Pool was lovely. We noticed a previous review that said the mattress in the King Bedroom off living room was sagging and messaged Vacasa to see if it had been replaced. It had not. We sent photos to them so hopefully they will replace it. Also, the back bedroom with twin beds is hot. Needed to use box fans and leave door open. Also let Vacasa know about that and they will have someone check it. I got very quick responses from Vacasa and if they fix those issues this condo would be awesome. Definitely would stay again.

Great condo, a few mattresses need replacing/adjustment

The goods: Great condo with sweet views (love the big balcony!) Tons of room for everyone to spread out. Four bathrooms was awesome. Big TVs for watching the game. Kitchen has plenty of space and everything we needed. Elevators were quick and easy access to beach. Pizza place and bar across the street was convenient. Heated pool for those with little ones is nice. Check-in/out super easy. The bad: king mattress off the living room needs replacing (sags in the middle). Not very comfortable and we ended up shifting people around to other beds after the first night and some achy backs. One of the twin bed frames in the bedroom squeaks everytime you move, so it woke us up a lot. The so-so but can live with it: Water pressure in the master shower is a little weak, but I’ve seen worse. Fix the beds and this place would be perfect!

Lots of space and great views!

This unit has lots of space and is spread out which was great for us traveling with 3 couples and 2 kids. Views were great. Cleanliness could have been a little better in the bathrooms. Parking was not so great along with the “gym” if you want to even call it that. We loved enjoying the pool while being able to see the ocean. Not too busy of an area either. Fast elevators. Free ice, which took a big stress off of us not having to venture off the property to stock our coolers for the day. Our only real issue was the front right bedroom of the unit (room with the two beds), closest room to the door of the unit… never cooled. We thought this was maybe because it was open while unloading but we had to use multiple fans to keep the kids cool for the duration of our stay. It wasn’t even too hot for our trip so I imagine it gets down right hot in that room during mid summer. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great family vacation

This place was just perfect for our family. Great ocean view and the accommodations were just what we needed for our family of 6. Easy access to the pool, the beach, & the grilling area. We hope to come back again to this exact place!

Updates were plenty

Lots of room, all bathrooms were updated and clean. 2 Bedrooms had balconies. Elevators were quick going up and down. Never had to wait more than a minute. We had 2 Seniors with limitations and everything had easy access. They both loved the pool with some shade. Loved the covered parking. Updated Kitchen with everything we needed.

Perfect

I've had the pleasure of being able to travel multiple different places and room in multiple abodes but I can easily say, this rental has managed to top them all. It exceeded our expectations. Everything we want in a rental was provided--easy check-in and check-out, excellent views of the beach, clean rooms, comfortable beds and furniture, working internet, plenty of linen, a kitchen with the proper tools to cook and eat. The neighborhood was nice and there was quick to local stores and eateries but also a short drive to neighboring Pensacola. Overall, it was a perfect rental to make our getaway perfect.
