Our Bica 2 penthouse apartment is a 3 bedroom luxury apartment that is perfect for a large family or group of friends or couples that require a modern and well equipped apartment.
This stylish, modern concept apartment is light and comfortable, spacious apartment offering luxury features, such as spacious private terrace with jacuzzi and glass veranda adding a significant extra dimension to the property.
The living area is open plan with a high quality kitchen complete with a range of appliances and utilities which include a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, as well and microwave, toaster and a kettle along with plenty of food storage space. There is also a dining area and lounge that provide plenty of room to socialise and relax. Bica 2 apartments has 2 elegantly finished master bedrooms with king size bed and each it’s own ensuite bathroom. The third room has one double bed, an additional single bed and a bunk bed, which can serve as additional sleeping arrangements for up to 4 children max. Baby cot and high chair available at no extra cost.There is also a separate guest toilet in the hall, which includes also a washing machine. All the bedrooms have direct access to the spacious terrace equipped with outdoor lounge furniture, sun loungers, gas barbeque, big hammock bed plus a private jacuzzi to relax and enjoy the 300+ days of sun.

There is free street parking in front and on the side of the building.
Located 1 km (15 min walk) from Baleal with public guarded blue flag beach ideal for surfing, swimming or simply realxing, here you will also find beach bars and local restaurants. Our guests will be welcomed at the property by property manager who will give them a descriptive tour of the apartment, including all the necessary information about the use of the facilities and hand over the keys.
